Bearing the name that represents the abundant ripening of rice ears, it has long illuminated local celebrations and daily moments.
Currently produced through contract brewing, it passes down its reliable quality and traditional recipe to the next generation.
As a sake rooted in the local community, it is a precious drop of history continuing to be provided through "Yawataya."
