"Chuai" is the flagship brand of Tomikawa Shuzo, brewed with "loyalty" (Chu) and "affection" (Ai), as its name suggests. It features a delicate and soft mouthfeel unique to the touch of a female Toji.
It is carefully brewed using strictly selected high-quality sake rice and underflow water from the Shojinzawa spring. The Junmai Ginjo class sake, in particular, is charming with its fruity, gorgeous aroma and transparent sweetness.
