Asukaji

"Asukaji" was a brand of Kishinotake Sake Brewery, named after the ancient roads of the Asuka region, which can be said to be the spiritual hometown of Japan.
Brewed in a land overlooking the Yamato Three Mountains, which were also sung in the Manyoshu, this sake was loved as a taste that makes you feel the romance and history of the ancient capital.
It is not currently produced, but its name, nurtured by the climate of Manyo, is etched in the memories of local history enthusiasts and sake fans.
