Kishinotake Sake Brewery was a historic brewery founded in the 8th year of the Tenpo era (1837) and located in Yagi-cho, Kashihara City, Nara Prefecture.
Located in a place that can be called the homeland of Manyo, surrounded by the Yamato Three Mountains (Mt. Unebi, Mt. Kagu, and Mt. Miminashi), they brewed sake carefully inheriting the traditions of the ancient capital, Nara.
Unfortunately, they decided to withdraw from sake brewing around 1977 (Showa 52), and currently, the curtain has been brought down on its history, but the sake once brewed remains as a memory of the region.
