The brand name originates from Aizu-Sakashita Town's history as a transportation hub located exactly "Sanri" (approx. 12km) from key points like Kitakata and Aizu-Wakamatsu. It embodies the entire Aizu brewing culture through this regional identity.
Brewed with soft groundwater from the Iide Mountains, its flavor features a harmony of gentle rice umami and clean crispness—an elegant Aizu-style food-pairing sake. It pairs perfectly with local dishes like horse sashimi and is a drink that conveys regional bonds.
