Using plenty of clear underground water that gushes out in the land of Suwa over a long period from Kirigamine, they brew sake where the nature of Shinshu and traditional techniques harmonize.
With the theme of "Tradition and Innovation," they conduct thorough quality control such as bottle storage below freezing point, and continue to pursue a fresh and moving taste at all times.
