Named after Mt. Senjogatake in the Southern Alps, it expresses "Nagano Terroir" sticking to its underground water and Nagano Prefecture's sake rice and yeast.
From the traditional "Kuromatsu Senjo" to the modern "Konna Yoru ni..." series, they are transmitting the charm of Shinshu with diverse tastes.
