The brewery name "Asahikiku" expresses sake that is pure and noble like a chrysanthemum flower shining in the morning sun. Representative brands include "Asahikiku," bearing the brewery's name, as well as "Daichi" and "Ayaka," developing brands that express the climate of Chikugo.
While protecting traditional methods, they continue to provide sake that accompanies the natural environment and food culture of the Chikugo region. It is characterized by sake brewing rooted in the community and brand expansion with diverse personalities.
