Protecting tradition for over 200 years, they continue to stick to polite handmade sake brewing, such as labeling one by one after receiving an order.
Utilizing the climate of Kurahashi Island, which flourished as a port of call for Kentoshi ships in ancient times, and high-quality water springing from granite soil, they are currently taking on new challenges such as exporting sparkling sake overseas under a new Toji.
