Fukunigiwai is a local sake once brewed by Fujitaya Honten, named with wishes for the region's prosperity.
Leveraging Fukushima's rich terroir, it colored local tables for many years with its friendly and warm flavor. Although no longer in production, its name continues to be passed down as a memory that tells the story of Fukushima's sake brewing history.
