「飛騨自慢 鬼ころし」は老田酒造店の代表銘柄で、厳選した岐阜県産酒造好適米「ひだほまれ」を68%まで磨き上げ、飛騨高山の清らかな天然水で仕込んだ辛口本醸造です。
サラリとしたのど越しのやや辛口で、旨味が強くひねり香無しでめちゃ飲みやすいと評価されています。
ただ辛いだけでなく、人の心の中に宿る「鬼（邪心）」を除くことを願って酒造りが行われており、地元の方々から長年愛飲され続けています。
