"Wataribune" is a representative and innovative brand of Fuchu Homare, brewed by reviving the phantom sake rice "Tankan Wataribune." This rice, which is the parent line of "Yamada Nishiki," had once ceased cultivation, but the brewery revived it from a few seeds.
It features a multi-layered and rich taste unique to this rice and a gorgeous aroma like fruit.
