「恵那山」は日本百名山のひとつに数えられる恵那山にちなんで名付けられた銘柄で、穏やかに香るフルーツのような吟醸香、口当たりの良さ、湧きたつような味わいが特徴です。
恵那山に端を発する伏流水を仕込み水に使用し、その清らかな水が酒質に上品さとキレをもたらしています。
純米吟醸山田錦50%、純米吟醸ひだほまれ50%、純米酒、純米大吟醸40%など多様なラインナップがあり、それぞれ異なる米の個性を楽しめます。
