"Konteki" is an authentic local sake named with the meaning of "the last drop where the earth's blessings are concentrated."
It luxuriously uses "Yamada Nishiki" special-grade rice grown by contract farmers in Tottori Prefecture, brewed with traditional skills using Fushimi's famous "Fushimizu" water.
