"Hana Ichimonme" is the flagship brand of Hana no Tomo. The Special Junmai Sake is made with rice polished to 60%, expressing the umami of rice straight with a polishing ratio comparable to Ginjo Sake. It has a Tanrei Karakuchi (light and dry) taste with a soft mouthfeel and a lingering full finish. In addition, the Honjozo Genshu with an alcohol content of 19% has a rich and powerful flavor, and the Daiginjo Sake offers an exquisite balance of flavor and aroma.
