Yauemon is the soul of Yamatogawa Shuzoten, inheriting the passion and skills of the founder since 1790.
Brewed through an integrated process starting from rice cultivation at their own farm, its sake features a sincere taste where the powerful life force of rice resides. In particular, the Junmai Dry is highly acclaimed as a skilled sake whose umami blossoms even further when warmed. It is a masterpiece that Kitakata takes pride in, continuing to promote Aizu's terroir both domestically and internationally.
