Sasaki Shuzo

Sasaki Shuzo is a brewery operating sake brewing in Tobe-cho, Iyo District, Ehime Prefecture.
Located in a quiet area in the mountains where Tobe ware kilns are scattered, it strives for sake brewing in a rich natural environment. The flagship brand "Yaegiku" is brewed carefully using rice and water nurtured by the local climate. Although not flashy, it has an attractive simple and warm sake quality that becomes more flavorful the more you drink it, which can be enjoyed with daily meals.
