It was named "Tenryohomare" from the desire to brew sake loved by people in the "Tenryo" land, which was directly controlled by the Edo Shogunate.
Using the underground water of the Northern Shinshu Five Mountains springing from 100m underground and Nagano Prefecture's sake brewing rice, they mainly brew crisp dry sake.
They are also focusing on the development of fruit sake and liqueurs as a new endeavor.
