Hashihei Shuzo Store is a long-established store with a history of over 220 years founded in 1790 (Kansei 2), located near the Otae Bridge along the Otae River in the center of Furukawa, Osaki City.
Currently, they do not brew sake themselves, but have renovated the historic sake brewery building and revitalized it as a commercial facility "Shoku no Kura Kamuro." Hashihei Shuzo Store's shop operates within this facility and sells brands such as "Tamanoo" which are brewed on assignment.
Supporting the local sake culture for many years, it is now also popular as a local tourism and cultural base utilizing historic buildings.
