Located near the World Heritage Iwami Ginzan Silver Mine, they continue to brew sincere sake in a nature-rich environment. Using clear underground water from Mt. Oetakayama as brewing water, they carefully select sake-brewing rice centering on those from Shimane Prefecture. While protecting tradition, they are also actively developing new services that are close to customers, such as creating custom-made labels.
