"Nishiki" is a brand with a new concept born when Miyakonishiki Shuzo restarted as a completely Junmai brewery.
Similar to how trees take root in the earth and add growth rings, it contains the wish to be sake that is loved for a long time. Using discerning sake rice from Shimane Prefecture, they pursue a clear and modern taste. It is a sophisticated Junmai sake where you can also enjoy pairing with food.
