Combining the pure waters that nourish the Ashigara Plain with locally grown rice, it once added a touch of splendor to regional celebrations and social gatherings. Although production has ceased following the brewery's closure, the elegant resonance of its name remains vivid in the memories of local sake fans, alongside images of the historic brewery set against the backdrop of the Tanzawa mountains.
