Its name carries the wish to brighten the drinker's heart, like a rainbow appearing in the sky after the rain. The pristine groundwater of the Abe River, carefully selected sake rice, and manual work by artisans come together as a trinity to produce a crystal-like transparency and a refreshing fruity aroma.
