With a history of about 300 years, they have continued brewing sake rooted in the climate of Echizen since their founding. Their flagship brand, "Fuji no Seki," was named after Mt. Fuji, the number one mountain in Japan, and Sekitori (sumo wrestler) of the national sport, Sumo.
