Beginning with the flagship brand "Ano Homare," it developed a variety of brands named after local history and traditions.
In the past, it also engaged in community-based initiatives, such as brewing sake with rice grown by students of a nearby agricultural high school.
Although it has now closed down much to everyone's regret, the sake reflecting the climate of Ano-cho continued to be loved by local people for many years.
