With the motto "Delicious sake where handmade sincerity lives," it brews sake using the spring water of "Arita Izumiyama Hakujisen," known as the best famous water in Kyushu. The brewery is known as the "Kappa Sake Brewery" on Instagram and carefully preserves a rare Kappa mummy found in the attic as the "God of Water." Its Daiginjo Umeshu has won the Gold Medal in the Kura Master Umeshu Category. Its representative brand is "Matsuuraichi".
