二面は板野酒造本店の主力銘柄で、岡山の歴史と文化を背景にした日本酒です。
銘柄名の由来は諸説ありますが、物事の二つの側面や表裏を表現し、バランスの取れた酒質を象徴しています。
岡山県産の酒造好適米「雄町米」と旭川水系の伏流水を使用し、備中杜氏の伝統技術で醸された淡麗でありながら米の旨味がしっかりと感じられる味わいが特徴です。
すっきりとした飲み口と適度なコク、バランスの良い酸味が調和し、岡山の郷土料理との相性が良い食中酒として親しまれています。
