谷櫻酒造の代表銘柄で、八ヶ岳南麓の伏流水と山梨県産の良質米を100％使用して醸される日本酒です。
蔵名を冠した銘柄として、嘉永元年創業以来の伝統を受け継いでいます。
本醸造として1800ml／720mlサイズで販売されており、八ヶ岳の湧水、良質な米、澄んだ空気を融合した、地域の恵みを活かした酒造りが特徴です。
古銭屋という屋号の名残を今もラベルに残し、地域の歴史と伝統を大切にしています。
