"Sakaki" is considered a sacred tree connecting gods and humans in Shinto, and this sake bearing its name embodies the brewery's respect for local history and tradition.
All products are classified as Tokutei Meisho-shu (Special Designation Sake) of Honjozo grade or higher, featuring a natural taste and rich, mellow umami.
It is a local sake nurtured by the great nature of the Minami-Alps, loved for a long time in the local area.
