"Miyamasugi" is the flagship brand of Inagaki Shuzojo, named after the giant cedar trees that grow naturally in the sacred precincts of Ise Jingu Shrine.
It is characterized by a freshness that seems to be surrounded by sacred air and a straight and powerful taste like a cedar tree.
Brewed with rice from Mie Prefecture and subsoil water from the Suzuka Mountains, it combines a mellow aroma with a crisp finish, enhancing the delicate flavors of Japanese cuisine.
