阿賀野市の瓢湖はラムサール条約登録湿地で、毎年数千羽の白鳥が飛来する日本有数の白鳥の湖として知られています。
白鳥のような優雅さと純白のイメージを酒質に表現し、上品な香りと透明感のある味わいが特徴です。
