國盛 彩華（さいか）は premium daiginjo をより安全に気軽に楽しめることを目指したシリーズで、吟醸酒や純米酒など多彩な商品を展開しています。
「國盛 酒の文化館」を運営し、伝統的な酒造り道具を展示し実際に使われていた当時の職人の技を紹介する半田の観光施設として、伝統的な酒造りの技と文化を発信しています。
