Located at the foot of Tsuyama Castle (Kakuzan Castle), they brew sake against the backdrop of the castle town's history and culture.
Using Okayama's brewing rice and inheriting Bitchu Toji techniques, they develop unique brands expressing the Tsuyama terroir, such as "Tsuyamajo," "Fukumukae," "Washin," and "Sakushu Musashi."
