Tenryo Sake Brewery was founded by Sahyo Hinoya, whose name derives from the fact that the Hida region was a territory under the direct control of the Tokugawa Shogunate (Tenryo). Since then, we have pursued sake brewing that fuses 340 years of tradition and innovation, insisting on the pure underground water of the Hida Mountains and the sake brewing rice "Hidahomare". We are also actively developing new sake that meets modern needs, such as sparkling sake "Su-ma-su-ma".
