「天領」は江戸時代に飛騨地方が徳川幕府の直轄地（天領）であったことに由来する銘柄で、蔵元の名を冠した代表的な日本酒です。
340年以上の歴史を持ち、酒米「ひだほまれ」を主体とした100%酒造好適米と飛騨山脈の伏流水を使用し、自社精米にこだわって醸されています。
大吟醸「天領」はJALファーストクラスで採用されるなど高い評価を得ており、飛騨の歴史と文化を背景にした格調高い味わいが特徴です。
