Sakura Uzumaki Shuzo is a brewery founded in 1871 in Hattanchi, Matsuyama City.
Blessed with the mild climate of the Seto Inland Sea and high-quality water from the Takanawa Mountains, they have been brewing sake for over 140 years. The representative brand "Sakura Uzumaki" is widely loved locally as a representative of cherry blossom viewing sake, and is characterized by its gorgeous aroma and refreshing flavor.
