お米のうまみをやさしく柔らかく表現し、後味の良さ、旨味が豊かな味わいが特徴です。
三河国西加茂郡猿投村（現愛知県豊田市）の庄屋であった浦野判十郎が酒造場を開設した老舗で、地域に根ざした酒造りを続けています。
