While having a strong sweetness of Sake Meter Value -45, the balance with acidity is exquisite, and the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing. It features a fruity melon-like aroma and a bright crimson bottle. The alcohol content is low and easy to drink, and it is recommended as an aperitif or dessert sake, and also for sake beginners.
