旭鳳は慶応元年（1865年）創業の旭鳳酒造が醸す日本酒で、創業以来、広島杜氏伝統の製法を守りながら広島らしい旨味とキレの良い後味の酒を醸し続けています。
清流・太田川の地下水を仕込み水に使用し、広島県産米を原料に、7代目代表取締役兼杜氏の濵村洋平氏が伝統と革新を融合させた酒造りを実践しています。広島らしい旨味とキレの良い後味が調和した、食事に寄り添う銘柄です。
