加茂五葉は多胡本家酒造場の主力銘柄で、加茂地域の伝統と五葉松の象徴性を表現した日本酒です。
銘柄名には、加茂地域への誇りと、五葉松のように長寿で繁栄する酒でありたいという願いが込められています。
岡山県産の酒造好適米と吉井川水系の地下水を使用し、備中杜氏の伝統技術で醸された、バランスの取れた味わいが特徴です。
淡麗でありながら米の旨味がしっかりと感じられ、津山地域の郷土料理との相性が良い食中酒として親しまれています。
