若い蔵人たちが新たな感性で酒造りに挑戦し、伝統とトレンドを融合した酒造りを目指しており、香りと味のバランスの良い美酒として親しまれています。
全量長野県産米を使用し、ひとごこちや美山錦をはじめ、しらかば錦や金紋錦、たかね錦といった地元の酒米を大切にし、地元の自然と伝統を大切にした酒造りが特徴です。
