高天神

高天神は土井酒造場が展開する銘柄の一つで、掛川市の名城・高天神城にちなんで命名されました。
高天神城の麓から汲み上げた南アルプスの伏流水を使用し、静岡県内でしか使用が許されていない「静岡酵母」で醸造されています。
香りが穏やかで透明感のある味わいを追求しており、静岡の食材を使った様々なスタイルの食事に合う食中酒を目指しています。
能登流の造りを受け継いだ榛葉農杜氏が醸造を担当し、掛川という東海道の宿場町の歴史と文化を体現した酒造りを行っています。
