Due to rapid urbanization in Takasaki, they partnered with Kurosawa Shuzo in Sakuho, Nagano, where their sake is brewed using the pristine spring water of the Yatsugatake Mountains and transported back to Takasaki for sale.
By maintaining their base in the city while moving production to the high-altitude Nagano mountains in search of superior water and air, they have established a unique business model.
