松岡醸造の唯一の代表銘柄で、格式高い名前を持ちます。
石灰岩系の硬水と優良米（山田錦、備前雄町、さけ武蔵、玉苗など）を使用し、低温発酵タンクで醸すのが特徴で、IWC、雄町サミット、全国新酒鑑評会など多数受賞しています。敷地内には酒蔵レストラン「松風庵」があり、酒、仕込み水、麹、酒粕を使用した蔵元ならではの料理が楽しめます。
