"Hime no Ai" derives from a unified brand born by gathering the collective efforts of Ehime, with the development led by the Ehime Prefecture Sake Brewing Cooperative.
Using sake brewing rice suitable for sake brewing produced in Ehime Prefecture such as "Shizuku Hime," the sake brewed by pouring in the technology and passion within the prefecture features a gentle and swelling flavor expressing Ehime's mild climate and culture. It is a cup representing the local area, packed with Ehime's love.
