山形の「十四代」高木酒造の蔵元監修、技術協力を得て両関酒造が独自の味わいに仕上げました。
さらりとした軽快感があり、酸味が柔らかで飲みやすい美酒です。クリアで流麗、その甘みは粘度が無くサラリとして、清楚でしとやか、マスカットやラムネを思わせる上立ち香が特徴です。
エメラルドのような透明感と宝石のような輝きを持つ、両関酒造の技術の粋を集めた銘柄です。
